COVID-19 business continuity

During this time of unprecedented global pandemic, Covenant Group – Staffing Agency prioritizes taking all precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of our colleagues, customers, providers, and the community of friends who make COVENANT GROUP a great family.

Our hearts and prayers are with those who have been affected personally by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) as well as the many communities in the GTA, Ontario and Canada that are facing extreme measures in the attempt to slow its spread.

We are committed to contribute alongside local and global initiatives to prevent the spread of the illness.

On March 24, 2020, Ontario Government has deemed companies like COVENANT GROUP as part of the essential workplace businesses in Ontario. We will continue to provide quality temporary staffing services to our clients, always keeping the safety standards at work, including the new provisions related to avoiding the spread of COVID-19.

As we continue to provide our services, we urge that our COVENANT GROUP community adopts and follows the following measures:

  • In the case of suffering from any flu-like symptoms or upon return from any travels from outside of Canada, Direct Staff and workers shall self-isolate and refrain to work until the later of 14 days or the date that their symptoms have ceased.
    • Workers and Direct Staff should follow the stepshereto reach Canada Health.
    • Workers and Direct Staff must also inform Covenant Group by calling +1 (647) 660 4440
  • Our workers and staff are tracking and shall follow the Ontario Ministry of Health Recommendations related to COVID-19. Please follow thislinkfor more information.
  • To provide uninterrupted services to our clients and workers, our staff is currently working remotely and continues to carefully interview all qualified candidates, minimizing in-person interactions until it is safe to do so.
